In iOS 8 theres no sound, and the game freezes within the first minute or two. Apple should pull this from the store until its updated for iOS 8.

Great game and a great port... 4 years ago. Seriously, in bad need of an update. No multitasking, and the black screen borders are putting me off a lot! Bought this years ago and loved it. Be sure to watch the ratings continue fall until its updated.

Requires update. No longer any sound. Not optimized for iPhone 5/6/6+. Rather poor upkeep on Squares part.

I noticed there is a work around for sound, but my game also crashes at the sequence after you defeat garland at the beginning of the game. Started replaying the series and was considering buying the bundle until this glitch occured. For $15 for an IOS game I expect it to work for quite a few IOS updates.

I paid a lot for this and Im getting no sound . Update this please

Device used: iPhone 6 This game has been an amazing experience. Going back to the origins of Final Fantasy really allowed me to appreciate the beauty of the franchise and how far its come. This game was way ahead of its time but for todays standards you will notice the aging. Story isnt exactly detailed but thats to be expected of a game from the Nes generation. Overall I give this game 5* rating. WARNING: This app does have its problems. Leaving the app to go to another app will reboot the app. So be aware of that. I didnt experience any crashes so that would be my only complaint.

iphone5c and iphone5s after updating to iso8+ game still runs amazing but no longer has sound playing ?! please fix its not the same gameplay experience with out the sounds and music!

Im not sure if the title just needs an update or not but for whatever reason I have no sound at all. Please fix.

No sound, and at the first cutscenes, the application fade out yo black and froze... Very disappointed.

Love this app, Ive been playing the original on NES as long as I can remember, over 20 years at least, love the new twist theyve put on an old classic, the new items, the bonus dungeons, weapons that are usable this time around that were useless in the original and so many more additions that make it great....i recommend this game to any classic RPG fan

What up with the not having any music!? How am I supposed to remember the old days when I dont even get to here the classic sound track. The original game should receive more attention by squar-enix. Its such a wicked game!

Freezes when opening up mystic key chests in the opening castle... :s

After getting Sara back to the king. I get out of the castle And the screen stay Black. Tried reinstalling updating to new ios nothing work. It would be Nice to have a fix after all we paid for it. Very dissapointed

Needs to be updated for modern iOS and hardware. This is the classic FF game. Slightly tweaked with modern elements. (eg. MP).

Great game on my iPhone 5 but I cant get it on my iPad mini, anyone know why

Liked it when I was playing it. Ran into a couple glitches where I checked into an inn and it wouldnt progress, and a black screen getting out of the castle later. I seem to be stuck at this point, as I cant get out of the castle, making it unplayable.

Worked wonderfully on my 4s, tried playing it on my 5s and cant do anything. You guys really need to update 1 and 2 so there playable again.

Tried reinstalling but problem still persists. Same problem on FF II. Needs an update. Not worth paying for until its fixed.

Sound sleeping outside I dont know what else happen both on my iPhone 5s and iPad Air

Most of the chests in the game are glitches causing the game to stop functioning, Im considering getting a refund because of this.
